  • Good one:) How do you like the guitar? I'm going to buy one myself and have been thinking of one the Yamahas. Takamines and Garrisons also considered. My price range is $1000-$1300.

  • great job dude....keep it up!

  • Seeing Clapton play this on Unplugged became instantly logged in my mind as one of the most powerful acoustic guitar solos, ever. It's my opinion that if one is going to play covers, one should try to replicate said cover as close to original as possible. You have done well, I enjoyed the vid, and urideout is spent douche.

Something I was taught in classical guitar lessons at IU: Practice doesn't make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect.

    Keep going!

  • Uau, impressive ;)

  • @urideout

I am not competing against anyone and I am not saying that I am particularly talented. Sorry for posting this video. Why don't you post a video with a meaningful solo instead?

  • @rgni02 Sorrry I offended you. I do not have the required equipment for recording and up loading a guitar solo. You should continue to do what you want to do as you did, and don't get to upset when people (like me) comment in a negative fashion towards the video you have chosen to submit for people to comment on. Your enjoyment should be the only thing that concerns you.

  • @urideout ur a gutless prick, Eric Clapton himself used to listen to his idols songs over and over in an attempt to replicate and thus understand the sounds he was hearing. Its a good way to learn and grow.

Bringing down people on youtube; how fucking sad are you.

  • @urideout

    Your a fag.

  • Is this being played with the original recording in the background? If so, then I want you to make a video of you playing the solo with the backing track that doesn't include Clapton playing it too. Btw, although I think all the notes are correct, EC doesn't play the solo like that, i.e. not those positions. Not bad tho; I was hoping for a whole song. =) Oh, and this has to be one of my personal acoustic solos ever. Keep up the good work!

  • oh!

  • i thought you did great

i wish i could play like that lol

  • i bet you're such a cocky bastard

  • great job rgni02 keep practicing

paul come on he did better than you ever coould

  • Hey Paul...you're an idiot. I love when someone has the balls to throw something on youtube (nice job btw rgni02) and them some DICK comes along and has the balls to tear it down. Hey Paul...do you even play? Can you solo like that? Why don't you put your money where your mouth is and post a video response of something better?? DOOSH!

  • I know Paul.

I normally play the chords and do solo improvising but sometimes I try remember solos note for note just because I like them.

  • Learn to play the correct chords and sing the song. Playing the solo note for note will teach you very little.

  • That was really good. Keep on great work.
