Those were some deep punches. Next time you should get someone to do what some call drillin for oil meaning you push as hard as you can until you reach the spine. But good to know that you had someone do it for you. I hate self gutpunching.
Nice. Great to see someone taking some punches whilst untensed. It's a skill few can master. How about laying down flat next time, making it longer, sorting the light and loose the music :-)
