There was no space or time before the Big Bang because spacetime cannot exist without matter? Gravity is a law, not a theory. Why don't you fact check instead of just saying he didn't? Spinning and then expanding is actually a pretty good description. His arguement was weak either way, like you said, atheism has little to do with science.
As for gravity. As such, it's begging for a scientific theory to describe it accurately and consistently. The rules within a theory are called "laws" and the inverse square law of the Newtonian theory of gravitation does describe gravity extremely well. Loosely stated:
"Two things always attract in direct proportion of their masses and in inverse proportion of the square of the distance between them."
However, the Newtonian theory does not provide the ultimate law for gravity.
As for your statement about no time without matter, modern science doe snot necessarily agree with you. They believe that time may actually have existed before the big bang. Do I know if it did or did not, NO. Perhaps you are the one who need to fact check.
I would wager that he is getting all of his information from creationist Web sites. Those things are filled with all sorts of appalling straw man arguments that pretend to refute science.
But yeah, his video was really "out there." I had a hard time getting all the way through it.

Creationists often combine several theories into one, because they're stupid...
Thoery of Abiogenesis - How life starts from carbon atoms.
Theory of Evolution - How life, once present, evolves to form more complicated combinations.

I just looked at his channel, and I am starting to wonder if he is just doing a parody of creationists and religious fundamentalists.
