They posted on make-up talk yesterday claiming that they are back and apologsing for their bad past... have any of you guys used these people since then? I doubt I'd ever EVER EVER go to GS since all of this!
Although, I do think Morgana is closed this week, because, unlike some *other* indie companies, when she gets too many orders to keep up a reasonable turn-around-time, she shuts down the checkout, announces it on her homepage & on Twitter, & spends the week filling orders, rather than ignoring old orders, lying about sending them out, & still actively taking new 1s.
And she has one of the few makeup making videos that actually shows gloves, which I haven't seen even w/ big private label cos.
I saw the closed poll on your blog about which indie company to try next, & I would like to offer a vote for the Morgana l/s. She was filling my lipstick samples order right when she announced her voluntary recall for certain colors b/c she found out her supplier had not been accurate with their ingredients. Her proactive, transparent way of dealing with the issue is an example that some *other* indie companies could stand to follow. Respect! Plus, the l/s rocks! I just ordered 4 full-size. <:-*
Have you ever seen the videos on Bitch Slap! Cosmetics? Uncut, water soluble blue pigment as eyeshadow?! Seriously?! It's amazing to me how "loyal" & fanatically defensive some of their customers were, though not as bad as I've seen with some GS, LC, & Orglamix fans. There is a review of them on maycup dot com where a girl talks about part of her order being missing, & the BS! (appropriate acronym) owner accusing her of lying, but that she'd still buy b/c she liked the uncut pigment "e/s".

Hey there, I ordered twice from her, the first time, it was 'ok' and the second package I paid for last year. . . well I never never never received it !! I asked for refund and still nothing :/ I am sick and tired of incompetent and lunatic people who try to screw us !! NO MORE GS !! Also, it makes me even sickes to see how girls WOOOOOORSHIIIIP Lela and her cheap o' colors !!!! You put prooves in front of their eyes and still they decide to stay blind !!!
That is brutal.. Thank you for posting for much information. Definitely a good example of the need to do some research before investing into a new product or company. It's so sad that people out there will go to such lengths to take advantage of others for a quick buck.
