They have wonderful voices. The Spirit is present in their music. But ... as a musician myself I am turned dew south of satisfaction with the contrived (guilding of the lily) cadence of the piece. The last few seconds of a song is the place for slowing the tempo right down and squeezing the last ounce of meaning from the tune. It doesn't scratch me where I itch. Enjoy away as you should - I just have fussy ears.

Can you possibly find and upload the Isaacs version of "Wayfaring Stranger". I think it was from the Gaither DVD "Hymns". It is hands down the best version of the song I've ever heard and one that many will enjoy.

Exquisite. One of my favorite parts is Vestal Goodman beaming at hearing this harmony, I was beaming, too. How can you not be uplifted upon experiencing this demonstration of praise? These people don't need insturments, their beautiful voices make up for the music. They really don't need microphones either. Their voices carry. I know one woman from a church I attended that sang this good, she sang so well she didn't need a microphone. She could sing A Capella just like this.

They are my favorite southern gospel group. Not too many college guys like this genre. it's too bad. i told sonya at intermission that my friend needed to sing for her because he's an amazing southern gospel singer, so she said to find her after the concert and sing. so he sang "in the garden" and she, ben, and becky joined on the choruses. it was AMAZING! we got it on video. it was my friends dream come true. he has all their cds and stuff. it was quite touching. they were so wonderful to us.

If you have never heard the isaacs live and in concert i suggest you put it on your to do list when they sing acapella you can tell they are a family and have been singing with one another since they were children. it will send a chill over you skin and warmth in your spirit that only the holy spirit can produce. they are truly blessed
