Are they all speaking Norsk? I think a few of them are speaking svenska.

Norway has many different dialects. And if you have heard only the way they talk in eastern Norway, the western dialects may sound like a different language. But they don`t talk swedish here. The Bergen dialect have the French r.... Our most beautiful dialect in my ears :-)
