  • When my parents married after WW2, they managed to obtain an asthmatic 1928 Austin 7 soft top for the then huge sum of 100 pounds NZ.. I'm told it was so far gone, even then, that its cruising speed was 22mph. Its name was Edgar.

    Thanks for showing what Edgar might have looked like in his prime!

    After Edgar, in 1950, came a Jowett Bradford, but that's another story!
