Thank you for this video Rebecca. These are some of the thoughts I have been dealing with the last few weeks. I tried to do a video on these thoughts I have been having but it all got jumbled with too much into 1 short video, lol..its such a frustrating time for me right now with goal setting and what it takes to achieve these goals.
