Well after a few weeks of going back and forth they are now finally sending out a tech to replace the motherboard and video card........ but now the issue is not the flashing monitor but now I get Blue Screens of Death at least once a day! And agin they have no clue why! They want to blame it on drivers while others I have read say it is definitely hardware...... so now I sit and wait for the Maytag repairman! I mean the Dell repairman.......
Hi. I have a Dell m6500 Covet with the IPS screen. Full of problems, finally Dell have agreed to file a WUR report and pending approval for the new m6600.
How is your case? Did they replace a new m6600 for you again ?
