I saw this program on tv one day where they tried to recreate the video. They used some special effects and it turned out exactly like this one. You can digitally insert a person behind using a special screen and some effects and there you have it - old lady ghost that pops up out of nowhere.

@ojendo12 i believe it too becasue the guy was leaning where the old lady was at.....not just that but i know someone who see's ghosts and she has taken pictures of them and she has shown them to me and when my other friend didnt believe her she called her mom and asked her "mom,i see ghosts huh?" and her mom replied "yes."
