@themainman2008 Yea I understand what you are saying. But the problem with kites in those places is different. Many bystanders get their throats cut by the strong thread of those kites. This problem exist alot in India Pakistan Afghanistan because alot of people fly kites there. Many kids would also get the throats cut by those kites cz kids werent experienced. Thats why they werent allowed
