@Higher: While disease is a controller of population in natural systems of animals, we have altered our own system by inserting factors such as access to healthcare, etc. The largest demographic of people that die of malaria are poor children in developing countries that create less than 10% of the carbon footprint that the guy driving the H2 does that has access to healthcare and vector control. @Th3Wab3 Comparing my views to the intense hate Nazis felt toward the Jews is extreme. On one had, the Nazis went completely out of their way to build death camps to eradicate what they felt was a population problem of an inferior race. They hated Jews and wanted them dead. On the other hand, a parasite is natural, mother nature's way of controlling population. Is it pretty? No. Is it good for the planet? Yes. Ask yourself what's doing more harm to the planet, the parasites or the humans?
