Upon closer examination, it was revealed that Nick's drawings were exact copies of other artists' drawings from other comics and copies of artwork from deviantART. Do a Google search for "Nick Simmons" and "plagiarism" to learn more about it. Nick traced artwork, and then Nick had another artist clean up and colorize Nick's crude traced drawings before they were published. Radical, the publisher, halted Nick's comic.
