this is The Chinese Disabled Performing Arts Troupe. (they are deaf)

It took them about 10 years to get to such a high level of perfection.

I saw this years ago when it first came out when my boss flew back to China (HK? Tw?) and bought this DVD.

the chinese are ARTISTICALLY UNREAL. this performance and the Olympic opening ceremony inside the Bird's Nest just proves this...
