I just noticed, so I decided to chime in. I'm a disabled veteran as well but since I'm still in Texas, I'm confined to taking pharmaceutical pain relief. It sucks. But the second I get my med discharge I'm moving to Colorado. The amount of money I spend, and the side effects of these pills are agonizing. I still can't believe we live in a world where I have to move to a different state just to get legal pain relief of MY choosing in the privacy of my own home..

What can we do to help raise awareness of this ?

I am a veteran and I have gone from 18 pills a day to none. We've lost over 70,000 veterans since the first Gulf War. I believe that this method of treatment can improve the lives of many ill veterans suffering with the Gulf War Illness.
