I saw this on TV. Embarrassingly stupid film, I thought it was a comedy at first. Very badly acted, with a childish script purporting to make some point about politics from what seems to be the point of view of a 10 yr old, just dumb dumb dumb. There was a fight scene at the end that is just unbelievably, toe-curlingly awful - I felt sorry for the actors.
