the one thing i remember about sen. kiko is during the impeachment of GMA.. . Sa kanyang NOTED.....NOTED....NOTED... that resulted of not opening the enveloped that makes gma hold onto power and earned him the majority leadership in the senate ..thanks to kiko up to now we have PGMA ( the most remembered president in Phil. History . and who know 2010 and beyond...
