I too have gone through extremely dark valleys. To a degree that I think leaving God is the most reasonable thing to do. In fact, I'm still in a dark valley; but God is real and I cannot deny it. It wasn't his native language as he was 4 years old when his family moved to Argentina. He was born in Portland, Oregon. He does speak fluent Spanish, however and I love listening to his songs in Spanish. I am learning quite a bit of Spanish doing this! Blessings!
