  • I'm from Ireland, and I must say, your pronounciation is fantastic for a non-native speaker! You're not singing it in my dialect of Irish (Connemara) but it sounds amazing! Well done! :D

  • @tranquilnightmares

Thank you so much :D I always liked this great language and listened to irish web radio even when I couldn't understand a word some years ago. I still use every chance to take a 'language bath' and improve my Gaeilge. So your comment makes my really happy *g* Go raibh míle maith agat!

  • very nice ^^

  • This doesn't sound professional, and that's perhaps the best part of it. I think folk songs oughta be down to earth, and that's what this piece sounds like. The slow, dreaming tempo really makes the song breathe. Lovely. And on top of it all - you really have a beatiful voice. Subtle but strong. Keep creating!

  • OMG that is sooooo beautiful!!!! You ROCK!!!

  • this is the best recording i have ever heard of this song. you are awesome.

  • Maith thu , a lovely soft rendering of this song, I have always heard it sung faster but your beautiful easy singing is a joy, well done.
