@skater1098 On vert the kickflip isn't like a kickflip on street. Where you'd slide your foot up and off the side of the board, on vert you literally have to pop and kick straight off the side of your board, it's quite different. Watch for the board to come round and then catch it. However much of your front foot is on the board will generally calculate how fast the board will spin i.e. more foot on board = slower flip. Slower flip is easier to catch but takes longer. Hope I've helped :)
