1. Two- Face and Mr. Freeze are both definitely going to be in it.

2. The first trailer can be seen as hinting at Penguin appearing, as you at one point pass by his nightclub, the Iceberg Lounge.

Joker and Harley are coming back.

Riddler and Mr. Zsasz will also be making return appearances (There will apparently be a whole optional subplot involving Zsasz).

Two- Face will be one of the major villains in it, trying to kill Catwoman.

A couple other villains who will be appearing in it for the first time are Ra's Al Ghul's daughter Talia, and Dr. Hugo Strange.
