sony you have disappointed me with your cx550 camcorder with the blue dot issue how can your most expensive consumer camcorder be suffering from something like that its an embarrasement to your company you all should be ashame of your selfs with such a nasty blue looking lense flare on your top of the line consumer camcorder

I bought a second hand Handycam Digital 8, USB STREAMING , Steady Shot, DCR-TRV350 NTSC. I just want to get the operation manual and software to connect it to any Windows XP Personal Computer. Can You Help Me ? Plea$e !!! The serial Number was deleted by the old owner. Heeeeeelp !
