Her flight feathers are very strange. Is it only one feather sticking out like that on each wing? If so, you should probably cut them so they don't break. At least until the other flight feathers grow out with them.
Hi shiyaaz, thanks for your message your bird is so cute very curious for her age mine is still a little shy and still adapting to her surroundings. I hope once she is settled she will be just as curious and active like yours. All the best!!

@captmicha the outer feathers aren't supposed to be cut.
