That is because Spectral reduce elemental damage alot, which sucks for Sliver. Sliver used to do ok against (even though still low damage output), but now it may not work so good.
the vaettir have a bonus 180 amror against elemental dmg, try using tenai's crystals and crystal wave, there armor ignoring dmg and will kill them all and they dont cause scatter the downside is they cost 15 energy each
Dragon Moss = "The New Escort" Quest = outside of Saint Anjeka's Shrine. For Spectral, leave from Longeye's Ledge and run across to Jaga Moraine zone.
Of course some areas can be easily farmed with other professions, but with everyone using sins to do all their farming, why not farm some areas that monks/necros/rits can farm? Not everyone has a monk :) Sins can farm alot of areas that 55 monks farm and place the definately can't...
it should work with only an Golden Egg, which gives you +1 towards all your attributes, which gives you 13 in shadowarts... that extra 1 point should be enough to fill in the 1 second gap of downtime with Shadowform. Unfortunately, I don't think too many have been selling golden eggs, people most likely already used or sold them all for Sweet Tooth title.
i wonder how well you could farm that one minion quest in stygian veil if you had a monk cast balth spirit and essence bond so you wouldnt have energy issues with a constant casting of shadowform
Those minions have touch skills that would kill you in a few seconds... and Balth Spirit and Essence Bond won't do nothing since all attacks miss with Shadow Form.

You need shadow arts "13" so it works with conset or birtdaycake if i am right
