I'd have to say my three favorites were Gemini Man, Shadow Man and Gravity Man, in that order. Gemini and Shadow were just badass, as were their stages, and the fight against Gravity was awesome.

Honorable mention goes to Flash Man... for being perhaps the wimpiest, weakest and most pathetic boss in the series. You charge blindly, shoot an easily avoidable burst every now and then... AND you're weak against the Buster? Can't forget that terrifying little 2 second time freeze you got, hot damn.
