Yeah, John Anderson visited James Billie, then wrote the song "Seminole Wind" several weeks after visiting James on the reservation. It was a direct influence/rip, but it is what it is.

I`ve been to the Seminole and the Miccosukee Indian Reservations in S.Florida, It was an experience of a life time. These tribes owe Chief Jim Billie a great deal, he fought for their rights and recognition as an independent nation.

Omg! Where on earth did you find this. This song is actually a remake. He did a bunch of song on a previous album entitled Native Son. Also there was an older video for this song as well. The older stuff was done in the late 80's.
