Very Nice! Can you get field or dent corn? That's what is available in Mexico and has a lot more charactor... Also, Use a Chile Guero, but don't chop it as they are semi-hot. leave the stem attached, cut twice from the tip to the stem so the stem the stays on to flavor the soup. Also, cumin is often used to flavor the corn in Mexico.
