Regarding Ozzy's last line, your guess is as good as I imagine it to be. He'd have to enunciate each word for me to fully comprehend, but 'bollocks' is definitely understandable.

Bollocks has two general meanings 'rubbish' or 'nonsense', or a vulgar one - 'testicles' or 'balls'.

Perhaps the Sex Pistols intended a double meaning in the title of their only album 'Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols'. Though considering the furor over that album at the time, I think not.
