Hey, firstly didnt understand the 2.2 GB video Ram? Is it 1 GB? secondly I'm looking at a laptop wth the same processor as yours AMD Turion ( M520) + ATI 5650 (1 GB), 4GB RAM. i'm not convinced with the AMD M520 when I look at the rankings . I'm looking at playing the latest games with most settings on, without any lag... Looking foward to your suggestions, Thanks.

Awesome, I just ordered a Sony Vaio and was wondering how good the 4650 was, this puts my mind at ease. Now I'm just wondering about Mass Effect 1/2.

Its good considering the resolution. Mobility 4650 is best card for the money. Better than Nvidia 230m. And about double the power of an ATi 4570. (nice numbering scheme ATi)

and thinking about replacing it with a sony that has a 512 mb 4650 gdd3 do you think that its worth me upgrading to that or is the extra graphics power not worth it. thx in advance

Ati moblity 4650 = 12723 3d marks

9600m gt = 9524 3Dmarks

So go for the sony
