I experienced an alomst identical experience in a New jersey nursing home. When I reported the terrible out of control presence mold over my mothers head in ther ceiling the nursing home called the police on me charging me with harassment.
Its good to have this opportunity to show people this is common in America today.
A malicious prosecution was intiated to evict us for "good cause" when our expert proved there was toxic black mold (several dangerous strands) their lawyers changed their strategy and then tried to prove we were growing the mold ourselves.
There is strong evidence they bribed two witnesses - paying one persons grocery bill amounting to over $200.00. SUSPECT: Adan Trujillo. Every witness we have indicated we were going to call has been stalked, beaten, harrased, bribed and possibly raped.
slumlords belong in jail. Better yet, in their own slums.
Why doesn't he move? Why should he?? Rent legally!
