Curious use of the word "fasting". When juices are taken I think that's why more people these daze refer to it as juice feasting. While taking water alone was the traditional "recipe" for a fast (see Fasting Can Save Your Life by Herbert Shelton), I do agree that a raw, or a high raw diet, even one not smoothed over with a blender, triggers release of toxins. Isn't it called an eliminating diet? I think so. Anyway, great vid series, entertaining too. Thanks.

I found your video while researching dandelion tea. My son married a gal from the Phillipines and they spent a month there last yr. in her native village. My son got a tummy bug (forgot and drank the local water-big no no) and my daughter in laws uncle cured him by having him drink the water from the young coconuts. Incredible curative and life giving powers in those things! Love your videos!
