I was teaching myself assembler on my old amiga... just the basics...that was 20 years ago lol...Now I've started learning C++ and I think it helped a bit having learned a little assembler years ago...great stuff!!

Such interesting things you can do with the blitter. Makes you wonder if we can create some really cool effects on the PC by simulating some sort of super blitter, using mmx instructions...

The Commodore logo effect requires an A1200, everything else will run on an A500.

Amiga will live forever. I am always hoping a new Amiga will be released that will allow assembler coding with modern ultra fast processors.
