  • This video went viral on Ljubljana

  • I was teaching myself assembler on my old amiga... just the basics...that was 20 years ago lol...Now I've started learning C++ and I think it helped a bit having learned a little assembler years ago...great stuff!!

  • AH t... he copperlist days with Amiga in assembler those were the daze, now we have just consoles like N3DS to carry the torch of coding genius.

  • Some cool effects :)

  • Good to see a REAL programmer, none of this visual basic crapola, lol

  • 1:27

I wish this was a game. I would play it all day listening to SID tunes

  • Very cool. Where can we get your source code to experiment with?

  • Such interesting things you can do with the blitter. Makes you wonder if we can create some really cool effects on the PC by simulating some sort of super blitter, using mmx instructions...

  • I loved chesstunnel. Neat idea.

  • Hahaha.. "Hacking med Leffe"... :-)

  • Trippy!

  • great stuff. I would give a leg for your OCS routines.

Nevertheless I invite you to join the most active Amiga scene/coding community online:

ada . untergrund . net (remove spaces)

All the cracks as well as the rookies are there.

Also it contains a huge asortment of Amiga demo/intro productions.

  • Thanks Dodge. I wish I had released some of the stuff I coded back then but I was too critic about the quality of it. I'm frequently on the ADA as "ZEROblue".

  • Haha, "Hacking med Leffe", good one.

  • awesome demo thanks

  • Yeah. AGA chip had faster copper.

    Good stuff!

  • that's so cool!

  • i love assembly

  • Great stuff!

  • Wow, i tried to learn asm when I had my amiga, i was too young and not enough money to buy books and assember.

  • Wow... Is this on a Amiga 500, or a later model?

  • The Commodore logo effect requires an A1200, everything else will run on an A500.

  • Hmm, effect number two with those commdore-logos remind of Ray of Hope II...are you one of the coders behind that demo?

  • Sorry no. I saw this effect long time ago in an intro called "Lola" by Fresh Prince, and I just had to code one myself.

  • whats the assembly code for the mouse driver?

i like it its original and i love the old days when they had this and the mouse was need when it was needed and well ahh the old days were cool

  • The bouncy chessboard traveler is teh shit!!! Could be a funny game :)

  • Sweet! :-)

  • AW-Aw-Awesome

  • no music = my baby cries says put on next video. 1 star :-(

  • What about an assign stuff: to asm: ? :)

    Very very nice done!!!

  • I want to know the code to do all that! I only started learning assembly 8086. Could you send me a sample?

  • Great little demos :)

  • I've seen a bug in your asm code !!

    just kidding ^^

    nice routines btw

  • How long have you been making demoscenes?

  • Sorry, I don't know what came over me. I do apologize.

  • move.l $2652,d0 or something. those were the days! real hardcore coding, not like all this high-level girlie C/C++ BULLSHIT!!

WHAT A PILE OF FUCKING SHIT ALL THIS NEW-SCHOOL CODING IS!!! IT@S A FUKING PILE OF SHITT!"!"!!!)

  • it's like saying hey traveling by horses! those were the days not thesse car's and trains...

on the other hand there is some truth to it

  • I've no idea what this is all about, but those are some pretty trippy looking visuals.

  • Assembler coding is allowed on modern ultra fast processors already. ;)

  • Amiga will live forever. I am always hoping a new Amiga will be released that will allow assembler coding with modern ultra fast processors.
