I love how they say "He" fractured his back during an IED attack. Is that their clever way of avoiding granting him disability? How about saying "His back was fractured during an IED attack".
sore ass 2? Here's mine... In an Airborne op I fractured a vertebra, pelvis, bruised ribs, arm, etc. Army at the trauma unit was a joke. 2-3 yrs afterwards the VA took Xrays and said I was fine I got pissed it was like pulling teeth, finally they say the Xrays show the fractures I mentioned. I put in for service disability since I have chrnic lower back pain SINCE the airborne accident. They say it is not service connected even though it is perfectly documented FTA and FTVA
