There is no good idea to fly in from the mass furniture. There are lots of turbulence, so it is easy to get some furniture so that you misfortunes rotor blades :-( I would recommend a garage that is empty, the first flight. When you are out to fly, so remember not to fly too high when there is more wind up at a height of 15 feet than on the ground.
After a couple of flights you'll want to move the 4 long linkages for control upwards because response will be too slow. This thing responds faster than out of the box setup.
when you buy from hong kong always put in a foot note asking them to send it as a toy/gift and you wont get charged customs mate ;) used to buy thousands of pounds worth of stock like that when i was trading :D
when your chinook is moving forward and then roll right of left, do the upper blades hit the lower blades?

Yeah, put a few extra stickers on it and made a few tweeks, flys great but causes alot of turbulance indoors!

John hobby in Hong Kong £96+p&p cheapest i found. Got it in about 7 days. Only downer was had to pay customs charges £19!
