Where are Zidane and Kuja in the Iifa Tree FMV, I downloaded it too and they aren't in that one either!! I think it's because they are rendered like in-game, rather than in-movie, but it's so gay I need them there!
Yeah, they're not part of the FMV. They're played back, over the FMV, through the game enginge. The only way to get them in the video would be to record an actual play through of the game.

It amuses me how you can sometimes tell where Zidane is meant to be by these little puffs of smoke on the ground. XD

It's been ages since I played this so I don't remember exactly but I'm pretty sure they call the ship the Red Rose in a dialogue in the game.

@illBeRoy in fact, over the course of disc 3 and 4, they use the Hilde Garde 3, the Invincible, and, as you see here, the Red Rose.
