Yeah, The guitar is in tune, nylon strings are very fine and you need to only hold the fret for or the string will bend and it sounds out of tune.

It shouldn´t be him checking his ears,It should be you checking your digital tuner, couse it's sounds and is REALLY out of tune,especially the B string... if you'd have an tuned guitar, it would have sounded awesome, cause you have an great voice.
