It's that we clicked on this, expecting to hear an awesome tribute to a classic Joel song, and then were shocked to the point of anger when we heard this remixed garbage :) I will say that I was surprised that they'd choose THIS song to cover- it being about a guy trying to convince a Catholic girl to have sex with him. I wonder if people realize this show is about a glee club... What do you expect them to do? Play football? Do chess? Go swimming? Uh no, they sing, it's a glee club... Be happy that they sing good songs, whether you think they sing them well or not. They're paying tribute to good music. When it comes to covers (which are rarely good anyways) I think that the Glee cast actually does a rather decent job. It's going to be a rarity when anything can beat the original anyways.

I think this cover's a little overlooked because of all the later emotional turmoil in the episode, which is a shame.
