Ho hum! Like most "art", one gets the feeling sometimes, the joke is on us. I mean, I get it this. I just don't know what all the fuss is about. All the egg-heads are in a lather about this piece of "art". I ran over here to see what all the fuss was about and found this basic, high-school science project. It does NOT "defy" gravity as the unimaginative suggest. Now, had he not used any cables at all, THAT would have impressed me.

@TwoUselessLegs I don´t think you understand the complexity of tensegrity. The equilibrium in which pressure and compression forces must be. The cytoskeleton of eukaryotic cells also work like that.
