Por que le gusta engañar la gente? Los componentes que hay dentro en este aparato no vale mas de 3-4 euros....5-6 dolares... Por ejemplo : C1= 4,7 mF/240-400 VAC, R1,2= 75 Ohm, R3,4= 1 Mohm, R5= 100 Kohm., F= 200mA(resistencia fusible de cristal), mas 2 diodas LED! Mira ves, cuanto vale los componentes electronicas, si le compras en cualquier tienda ! UN SALUDO PARA TOTOS DESDE RUMANIA !
This works on only inductive loads, meaning Heaters, electric stoves, fans, mixers etc. However I argued with one of my clients who started selling similar power saver (I am an advertising consultant) but he shown me the electricity bills, with huge differences, those are before and after using these devices, as far as above test is concern there is a mistake, the reading is due to charging capacitor - that will reduce after some time. Do post me more info if available.

1. You are giving a wrong demo... kindly if you want to see the result of this product... check it on any inductive load.
2. Its tested and approved by WAPDA.
