There are alternative stroke orders for some section headers. They might be different between calligraphers and different styles and sub-styles of Kai Shu, Li Shu, Hsin Shu, or Zhuan Shu.
Thank you for your concern. There have been controversies, dilemmas, and paradoxes of normalizing the stroke sequences as used in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. I have included some links in more info. I am not sure whether Pei Xiu, Ouyang Xun, or other masters preferred certain stroke orders or they had alternatives. (Personally, I write the stroke sequences of "Grass" Section Headers in alternative ways in different styles and sub-styles. The one shown here is not my only preferred way.)
