If you want to cut it off hit ctrl alt and delete at the same time, a screen will pop up with options. You then you click taskmanager and and another box will pop up, go to processes then find the one that sais mattrix and click end proccess.

Right click the Z-Matrix logo and click close and then uninstall it. The logo you will find on your tool bar. IT is not a virus please don't believe these people, they don't know what one is.

Did you follow the instructions that I have posted? Your problem is, you are panicking. Quite assuming virus every time when something goes wrong. A lot of people do that. VIRUS. It is not a virus just a stupid program. If you have windows 7, click the arrow and right click the icon of the program and click close. Do the same for any other operating system. Think and calm down.

If you have the current windows, that triangle icon on the bottom right of your screen, click on it and you will see the zmatrix icon. Right click it and click exit. And then uninstall. UNINSTALL EVERYTHING. I downloaded this and I was a little nervous but finally got rid of it.

I found how to uninstall it. Firstly go down to your bar down the bottom of your screen (This is for PC by the way) and go to where your processes are (Where is shows your Internet connection and the sound icon) and click more if you have to. Right click the ZMatrix icon and select exit. Then you can uninstall it as normal in Control Panel. I hope this works for you.
