I just posted a video response that is admittedly a little different for a burger, but I like being creative. It's a millet-beet burger that comes out rather pink, as you can imagine. Anyway, this burger you made looks great.. It's nice to see a burger without a big white bun. Interesting that you say thinly sliced veggies taste better. I hadn't thought of that.

I went in one of the shops not that long ago. The burgers are not really vegetarian. On the list it had a little * next to it and at the bottom it said cooked in the same pan & oil as the fish meaning its not really vegetarians. Vegetariand don't eat fish.
