Showtime's "The Borgias" is a really great tv series. I didn't know about this family until 'The Tudors' was ending and saw a series on this infamous dynasty was being made ;) Tom Fontana's 'Borgia' I've heard is more historically accurate. This family was trully manipulative, ambitious, treacherous, and clever!!!

The Borgias were depraved but they were not excommunicated, those who tortured others in the Inquisition were never excommunicated. How can people remain Catholic and justify all the monsters who were pope, popes who raised armies and slaughtered and had others do the same? You can be a believer without the RCC. Maybe it will appear somewhere on the Net. Or ask History Channel directly - they will know wether it is aired somewhere or wether it is for sale on DVD.
