Fullmetal 1890P that actually means they r happy.Because they r trying to remember their childhood .Because when they were feed by their mothers the mother would lay on her back exposing her stomach which meant they could now drink milk so the kittens would get on their mother and do that to the mother so the milk will flow out easier.So the cat is just remembering its child hood.And the lady is probably his favorite person so her treats her like his mom
