Kane in his prime was definitely the strongest guy in the WWE. His size and strength was really something else back then, which is the biggest part in why he was such a scary and intimidating character. Brock does come in a very close second, though.

The only recent wrestler that I could see out lifting Lesnar in pretty much all areas is Henry, however Henry is not even as strong as he was in 95-96 when he was deadlifting/squatting over 900lb. Big Show & Batista have said that Lesnar was the strongest man they had ever competed against

God... Kane is stronger.. Lesnar said that he hated not being first. There was only one guy who was stronger Kane. And theres interviews where Kane says well infact only one interview where he says hes the strongest guy in wwe or wwf he said that i dont wanna brag but when i was in wwf people used to be jealous cause i was so strong. Even stronger than khali! and kane did not wear boot lifts its official. He didnt use steroids either. He lifted at his top 380 Kg. Thats official in Wwe website.

@TheUltrablaster You cant judge who is stronger just by armwrestling. Someone with better technique can beat someone who is stronger (Magnus vs. Nathan Jones). I've seen Kane struggle to military press lightweight guys. Kane may have pretty good upper body strength, but really lacks in leg strength. Foley said he seen Kane bench 405lbs for 10 reps. When Lesnar was training for the NFL, he was benching SETS of 405 for 8 reps & squatting 860lbs. Kane couldnt squat anywhere near that

I think that story could be true, but I somehow doubt it as I seen Kane struggle to lift big guys whereas Lesnar can F5 freakin Big Show.
I know when Kane was on Smallville, Tom Welling accidentally punched Kane with full force and Kane was okay and smiled back, while Tom was worried he hurt him

Kurt Angle said he witnessed Brock bench over 600lbs & squat 900lbs; that may be true. While training for the NFL Brock used a safety bar & squatted 860lbs & was benching sets of 405 for 8 reps. He was also deadlifting near 800lbs too. Other than the bench, don't see Kane putting up those numbers.

But I would still probably go with Lesnar on strength over pretty much anybody. Who was it, Shannon Moore that Lesnar did an F-5 to and nearly got a 360 spin out of Moore? He also did a lot of these moves with a bandaged back and that was actually real when he said he needed to have that on. Well I don't know if he actually ever SAID that but it was probably helping somehow.

Brock lesnar -At one of the events, the guys in the back were all testing their strength through arm-wrestling and 'mercy'. Most of them were there to 'impress the divas'. I remember running through all of them, even Paul [Big Show], who had bananas for fingers. The only guy I remember being stronger than me and it pissed me off because I hated not being first, was Kane. No one in the WWE was as strong as that guy. Trying to slam his arm down was like trying to push over a tree with one arm.

And it seems that Brock based his judgement on a simple arm wrestling match. Someone who is weaker & has better technique can beat someone much stronger. Kane does not have the shoulder, back, core, or leg strength to match Lesnar. The only thing I see Kane having that is stronger than Lesnar's are pec. muscles

Nor would I say those men were the strongest in the gym when you have Mark Henry. Henry has set world records in the deadlift & squat, & in 2002 became the first man ever to lift & press overhead the 172lb "Inch" dumbbell. Only one other man has done so, Rich Williams in 2011. Henry competed in the 2002 Arnold Classic with only one month of preparation, & won the event.
