  • You've got to find more DVD's. N 1 of Diva's videos she tells how she asked friends if she could borrow dvd's and equipment that they weren't using, but just remember to return them when u r done. I know at Walmart u can find them for like 9 bucks and get a simple jumprope. You would be amazed at how many calories u can burn. Most of all, challenge urself. I take breaks during my dvd and it keeps playing, I just rewind back and get back on track so I'm not missing anything while I'm recovering.

  • They have lots of work puts for free on you tube ! I've lost lots of inched with Tracy Anderson she has lots of free clips of her work outs on here. She's madonnas personal trainer. It doesn't look tough but it actually is a amazing workout I never thought if shrink 4 inches from my hips in 2 months and I did ! Good luck !

  • Congratulations on your new baby and weightloss journey. What I do is, I play music in the background and turn the volume off on the DVD, or low volume. This changes it up somewhat.

  • I am also doing my own weigh tloss journey. Just as a suggestion for your cardio instead of walking in areas that aren't safe you could walk around walmart or the mall. This way your are inside with proper lighting to ensure that you and your baby are safe. I'm sure you would probably have to find a good time b/c you know those places get busy during certain times of the day. Put the baby in a stroller and get to work :) Good luck!!!

  • do you like to dance? put music on and dance or get dance videos and that is weight loss!
