I saw this same trio at Iridium in NYC back in the late '90's. Idris completely stole the show. This is one of the little known but truly great tenor trios in my opinion.....especially for that time. I will never forget this time in NYC.

@AS5A this is not the point - I'm not a genius nor a really good nor a simply good saxophone player... but I can nevertheless say what I think, have an opinion and a taste, don't you agree? I think Ornette is a genius and Joe a good instrumentalist - I think Ornette is a genius and Sonny Rollins a great musician, nota genius...I think Joe isn't as good as Sonny.... but a lot less than him - and am sure Joe agree with me
