  • "Remember me? Bruno Sammartino." Bruno, who could ever forget you?

  • A man with principles cant be bought, thats something Vinnie Mac doesn't understand at all.

  • Bruno Sammartino is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. He probably sold out Madison Square Garden more times than any wrestler in the history of professional wrestling. In the ring Sammartino was not a great technical wrestler, but what he in scientific wrestling, he made up for by being a tough, rugged Italian brawler that fans loved to cheer for.

  • Bruno was not one of the McMahon's machines, he did things to bring pride to the sport he made famous.

  • @Rayla840 Absolutely. Hell, during his era Bruno could have probably beaten 90% of the guys on the WWE roster today. Just imagine what would happen if Sammartino ever locked up with John Cena. Cena would get killed against Sammartino.

  • He came - He saw - He conquered. Bravo Bruno

  • Tears come to my eyes when I hear this.I have great respect for the Sammartino family and absolute reverence for Mama Sammartino.God Bless her soul.

  • Wow NONE of us have had a childhood that can COMPARE to what Bruno went through.

  • He is so right about wrestling today.. it is a joke, and an insult to all those who paved the way in those days of true wrestling abilities.

  • That's one tough mom...Jesus

  • I would have mentioned the scumbag by name in this documentary. Vince McMahon Sr. paid all jobbers no more than $50 per event, plus he tried to screw Bruno by paying him a lousy $500 per week for wrestling with a crazy exhausting almost nonstop schedule, even with injuries. No wonder Vince Jr. is a piece of garbage? I mean, even Bobby Heenan got paid a lousy $3 for his first match. This country always needed unions, otherwise we would almost have slavery. The evils of capitalism

  • A real true salt of the earth honest sincere human being of very high quality, not to mention his extreme toughness both physically and mentally in order to endure such hardships.. Bruno is also one of the greatest athletes of all times. He lived a harder life than all younger generation pro wrestlers of today, and despite that, he still remained clean and drug free.

  • @@crazybob217 Your profile says you're 24 you may want to update it lol

  • @crazybob217 Thats impossible since you are only 24

  • @SAMMARTINO68 who,s 24.

  • i met this guy in detroit in the late 60,s and early 70,s. such a class act.

  • bruno is the king of the wrestling world

  • @RPenta Type in Saloonatics Movie Preview He already played one I didn't like it that much.

  • The really need to get Bruno as an actor-ok, as a Mafia Don-hope you don't mind the ethnic stereotyping but he could do it easlly.

  • Sammartino was not a man to mess with, he pulled a shoot on Buddy Rogers and almost broke his back when Rogers didnt want to give up the title. His first match was with an orangutan (no joke) and he bench pressed over 350 pounds 30 times long before these assholes today did steroids. BRUNO IS THE GOAT!

  • You haters has a lot of balls to talk about a man who went threw more shit in his toes nail in one month then most of you in a life time. I would like for you to go threw all the punishemnt he went threw and then i would like to see you all talk. DONT TALK THE TALK AND GO WALK THE WALK.

  • I take it Sammartino has sex with his clothes on?

  • I assume Bruno hates music cuz musicians do drugs. I assume he hates movies cuz actors and actresses do drugs. I would guess he prolly hates tv shows cuz of the language they use at times. Or maybe he's just a bitter old man who just couldn't adjust to change. Sports, movies, books, and tv all change with the times. I respect what he did, but am still slightly dumbfounded on his popularity though. Boring interview, and mainly punch and kicks!!!

  • @Rayla840 don't assume this, bruno sammartino would have destroyed anyone you would have brought to fight him for real.

  • @MrMferg240 Umm, ok. Not sure what that has to do with anything I wrote. But ok.

  • @Rayla840 what it has to do with is this.bruno was a brawler because that's what his fans wanted out of him. and he had millions of them. he could wrestle technically if need bee but that doesn't sell out arena's to the tune of 20.000 people.and bruno was like mike tyson in his day only 10 times stronger he would have destroyed tyson, ali, in a real streetfight. he was a bad ass for real but very humble.

  • @MrMferg240 Ah, ok. After you explained it, it makes alot more sense. Well said, and point taken!!!!

  • @Rayla840 thanks for responding, god bless.

  • Brunno is and always will be The Only Living Legend in wrestling...past...present...OR future!

  • Im so glad that Bruno finally get a chance to tell his story. Not a wwe production that puts out 1-sided crap!!!

  • Bruno is and always will be THE MAN!!!

  • He looks great! the Living Legend!

  • Outstanding life story of great human being and my hero. Is this dvd still available on Bruno's website? Thank you for posting!
