Inflation? Deflation? It's all over the place right now. Some things are going up in price and some things are way down. I see that in building materials and labor. Food has been going up. If you ride dirt bikes it's good because they are practically giving them away at the dealerships. They're waiting on the price of oil to go back up.

The inflation-deflation argument is a tough one for me to call. I think we will have both. The US dollar will definitely crash which means higher prices, but at the same time, our "values and priorities" are going to have to change. A big house or a fancy car will be worthless even in devalued dollars but food and necessities will become priceless.

It's tough to say what will have actual value in the next few years or how we will pay for it.
