I like to think the best of people, you should try it. Winning a dove award doesn't make you more money. Music was a gift given to him by God, something he was meant to do. If anything, he's channeling the passion and sorrow he feels for his lost daughter into his music to glorify God even more and to be an encouragement to others that might lose someone close to them. He never asked for this, but he's doing the best he can to cope with the situation.
